My eyebrow hurt. A lot. HELP.?

My eyebrows are hurting a lot for two days already. The thing is, they don't hurt when they are still, but exclusively, WHEN I LOOK UP. Whenever my actual eyeballs are turned upwards, they start to hurt like Hell. I heard it has to do with frontal sinuses and colds, but apart from fever that came to me yesterday (though week one), I don't have a cold. What the Hell is wrong with me? Please help. :(
