Extreme fatigue..pregnant?

My first symptom was extreme tiredness, along with larger tender boobies... I didn't get sick until a bit later. So yes, I think you could be pregnant. Wait a little longer then get a blood test from the doctor, it seems to be more effective than just a home test in the early stages.
