Working/nursing mothers?

I have returned back to work after my daughter was born, they are really good about letting me pump every three hours. In the mornings I usually can get 3 ounces out of one and 2 out of the other, the second time I pump its usually 1 1/2 out of each which i usually combine it the bag, and the same for the 3rd time at work. I exclusively breastfeed her when Im home with her, she is always wanting to nurse, like she's not getting enough in the evenings but her weight gain is good. She is 5 months now and I'm still getting the same amount out, I know she is going to start eating more soon, I was just wondering how much other mothers get out during one of their pumping sessions. And maybe something that has worked for them in increasing their milk supply.
