How to ask my dad if I can go to the dermatologist?

I have REALLY bad acne, it's severe adn on ym back too and neck. I have such low confidence I can't even look people in the ey when i talk and I really want it gone, but I'm too scared to ask my dad if I can go to the dermatologist. Can some help me PLEASE!!!
