What is this song that has been stuck in my head!?

Theres a song, it may be sung by both a man and a woman, but the part that is stuck in my head is sung by a woman. It goes "eyyy ey oho, eyy ey oho, ay-ee ay-ee ay-ee, ay-ee ay-ee ay-ee oho". It sounds somewhat tribal, perhaps. I realize thats not very descriptive, but thats all I've got.Thanks!
