My friend Jose takes a poop with out asking?

Ey man back in mexico my friend Jose used to come in my house and take a big guadimalla in my toilet and sometimes it wouldn't flush. He also used to look out of a near by tree to see if i was home so he could take a guadimalla. Is this weird?
