Can a 4 month old get formula that's made for a 1 year old?

Enfamil is wat I use for my 10 month old...the nutrients is what is different enfamil has newborn 0-3 mos and then premium infamt 0-12 mos then toddler but when a baby turns 1 their body is then ready to handle milk whole milk that is. Younger than that can cause digestive issues.
