I am 4 weeks postpartum and successfully and exclusively breastfeeding. Trouble is I am hungry all the time and finding it difficult to loose any weight. I walk 2 to 3 miles a day and recently started a short light jog. But the weight will not come off. I have lost only 10 pounds since I was pregnant! There is very little credible info available for weight loss while breast feeding and I am looking for some sort of calorie and nutrient appropriate diet to help speed things along. Any links or ideas would be helpful.
