Are you exclusively breastfeeding and taking xanax?

Xanax passes through breast milk and is not recommended to be taken while nursing. It can cause mild to potentially dangerous side affects to your baby such as drowsiness, feeding problems, weight loss, and other problems in babies who are nursing. I would recommend talking to your doctor about something that is safer for your baby. It is not worth the risk
