My baby is almost 2 months old and I still feel like a whale. I gained more than 50lbs while I was pregnant with him and I haven't lost ANY since he was born. I've heard that breastfeeding will help you lose weight, but I've been exclusively breastfeeding for almost 2 months and I'm still fat. It's hard to even think about exercising because I just feel so hopelessly fat. It's depressing and embarrassing. I know I can't take any kind of weight loss supplement while I'm breastfeeding, what can I do to get motivated to do something about all this flab?
